Terms and Conditions
Last updated: January 21, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of IssueClear (the "Service"). IssueClear is a product owned and operated by YY Digital. References to "IssueClear," "we," "us," or "our" mean YY Digital. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access, including magic links or third-party sign-in methods. If you invite clients or collaborators, you are responsible for their access and activity in your projects.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up-to-date. You must not share access in a way that violates applicable laws or these Terms.
2. Service description
IssueClear is a shared issue tracking service for freelancers and their clients, provided by YY Digital. The Service supports projects, issues, comments, approvals, file attachments, and email-based intake where configured. The Service may be offered in public beta and may change over time.
3. Plans, trials, billing, and taxes
We offer paid subscriptions with a free trial for new accounts. Plan features and storage limits are described on the pricing page and may change. When a trial ends without a paid subscription, the account may become read-only.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled. Billing and payment processing are handled by Paddle as the merchant of record. We receive limited billing data such as your subscription status, plan, and billing country, but we do not store full payment card details.
Taxes (including VAT or sales tax) are calculated at checkout where required by law.
4. Changes, cancellation, and refunds
You can change or cancel your subscription through the billing management experience. Changes may take effect immediately or at the end of the current billing period, and prorations may apply depending on the plan change.
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
5. Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including project data, issues, comments, and attachments ("Content"). You grant IssueClear a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit Content and to share it with invited users. Do not upload data that is unlawful, infringing, or subject to special regulatory requirements (such as medical, payment card, or highly sensitive personal data) unless we have agreed in writing.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using automated or abusive methods.
- Do not upload malware, engage in phishing, or use the Service to send spam.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
- Comply with all laws applicable to your Content and your use of the Service.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Google (authentication), Paddle (billing), and AWS (email and file storage). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or the Service. Upon termination, your access to Content may be removed after a reasonable period.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IssueClear will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
11. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold IssueClear harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your Content or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where IssueClear is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms and updating the date above.
