Step 02

Track work in any view

No more “who is this waiting on?” Switch between list, table, and board without re-organizing your process. Each issue clearly shows whether it is waiting on you or the client, so both sides know the next move. Clients always see exactly what is in motion and where they need to respond.

Move work from Open to In Progress to Ready for Review with full visibility.

Each issue keeps comments + attachments in one thread, so feedback stays attached to the work and context never gets lost.

Step 03

Get explicit approval

Mark work as Ready for Review. The client clicks Approve and resolve to finish it. The final click closes the loop and moves the project forward.

Owners can also resolve items directly when needed.

How IssueClear fits client work.

Can clients report bugs and requests in IssueClear?

Yes. Clients can use IssueClear to report bugs, request changes, comment on issues, attach files, and approve work when it is ready.

Do clients need to learn a project-management system?

No. Clients sign in with a magic link and see a simple workspace focused on requests, feedback, status, and approval.

How is this different from email feedback?

Email keeps conversation chronological. IssueClear keeps each request contextual, with its own status, files, comments, and approval record.
