This Cookie Policy explains how IssueClear uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies. For simplicity, this Policy refers to all of these technologies as "cookies."
1. Necessary cookies
Necessary cookies and local storage are used to provide the Service, keep you signed in, protect accounts, remember basic preferences, preserve first-touch marketing attribution such as UTM parameters, support billing flows, and prevent abuse. These are required for the Service and cannot be disabled through the IssueClear cookie banner.
2. Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate product and website usage only after analytics consent is granted where the consent banner is shown. If analytics consent is declined, the IssueClear application does not load Google Analytics through its built-in analytics component.
3. Billing cookies
Paddle checkout and billing management may set cookies or similar technologies needed to process payments, taxes, invoices, subscription management, fraud prevention, and support. Paddle's own terms and policies apply to those technologies.
4. Managing preferences
You can accept or decline analytics cookies from the cookie banner when it appears. You can also clear IssueClear site data in your browser to reset your choice. Browser controls may allow you to block or delete cookies, but blocking necessary cookies may prevent the Service from working.
