Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for IssueClear subscriptions. IssueClear uses Paddle as the merchant of record for payment processing.
1. Free trials
New accounts may receive a free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends and you start a paid subscription.
2. Subscriptions and cancellations
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until canceled. You can cancel at any time through the billing management experience. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise in the checkout flow.
3. Refunds and credits
You may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date. Requests made after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.
4. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by Paddle. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected], and we will help route your request through Paddle. If Paddle provides a direct refund workflow for your transaction, you may also use that method.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account.
