Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of IssueClear and is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right.
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malware or harmful code.
- Phish, spam, scrape, harvest, or send unwanted communications.
- Interfere with, overload, probe, scan, or attack the Service or its providers.
- Attempt to access accounts, projects, attachments, systems, or data without authorization.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, exploitative, or abusive content.
- Use the Service to process highly regulated or information of special sensitivity unless we have agreed in writing.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly allowed by us.
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, affiliation, or the source of content.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle usage, suspend features, disable accounts, notify affected parties, preserve evidence, or contact law enforcement where appropriate. We may also take steps required by our providers.
Reporting abuse or IP complaints
Abuse, security, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property complaints can be sent to [email protected]. Include the relevant URL or project context, a description of the issue, your contact details, and enough information for us to assess the request.
