This page summarizes IssueClear's current security practices. It is provided for transparency and does not create a warranty or expand our obligations beyond the Terms, Privacy Policy, or any signed agreement.
Access controls
IssueClear uses account authentication and role-based access controls to limit access to customer workspaces and related content. Users are responsible for keeping account access secure and removing collaborators when access is no longer appropriate.
Data protection
IssueClear is designed to protect data in transit and to rely on reputable infrastructure providers for hosting, storage, database, backup, and availability controls. Provider-side protections depend on the relevant provider and production configuration.
Application safeguards
The Service includes application-level safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, abusive activity, unsafe file handling, and unsafe user-generated content. We review and adjust these safeguards as the product and threat environment change.
Account deletion
The account deletion workflow is designed to remove account and workspace data from active systems where applicable. Some information may remain in backups, logs, billing records, provider systems, or legal records for limited periods.

Suspected security issues can be reported to [email protected]. Please include enough detail for us to reproduce or assess the issue, and do not access, modify, or disclose data that does not belong to you.
